Terms

1. Agreement

These terms form a binding agreement between you and 3-102-960698 SRL, a Sociedad de Responsabilidad Limitada registered with the National Registry of the Republic of Costa Rica, corporate ID 3-102-960698, trading as The Swedish Trust ("we"). By using this website or acquiring SWED you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use this website and do not acquire SWED.

2. What SWED is

SWED is a TRC20 token on Tron intended to fuel a trust deed platform that is in development. It is not a share, not a bond, not a deposit, not electronic money, not a fund interest, and not a claim on any person.

3. Platform status

The platform is in development. Nothing on this website is a promise that it will be completed, completed by any date, or completed with any particular feature.

4. Eligibility and restricted persons

You represent that you are at least 18 years old, have full legal capacity and act on your own behalf. You must not acquire SWED if doing so is unlawful for you, or if you are:

  • a United States person, or located or resident in the United States or its territories;
  • located or resident in, or a national of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions, including without limitation Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk and Luhansk regions;
  • listed on any applicable sanctions or restricted party list;
  • located in any jurisdiction where the acquisition or holding of SWED requires a licence, registration, prospectus or authorisation that we do not hold.

Nothing on this website is an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer or solicitation would be unlawful.

5. Republic of Georgia

Digital asset services on this website are provided exclusively through our registered entity in the Republic of Costa Rica. They are not offered within, from, or to the Republic of Georgia. Persons located in the Republic of Georgia, Georgian citizens or residents, and foreign nationals residing in Georgia are forbidden from acquiring or accessing any digital asset service offered here. By proceeding you confirm that you are not a citizen of the Republic of Georgia, not a resident of Georgia, not physically located in Georgia, and not a foreign national residing in Georgia, whether legally or otherwise. If any part of that confirmation is untrue, you accept that you alone are legally and entirely responsible for the false declaration and for any consequence arising from it.

6. Purchases are final

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. There are no refunds and no chargebacks.

7. Wallets and custody

You are solely responsible for your wallet, your keys and your seed phrase. We never hold them and cannot recover them.

8. No advice

Nothing published by us is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation. We are not your adviser, broker, fiduciary or agent. Obtain independent professional advice before acquiring any digital asset.

9. Risk

The risk disclosure forms part of these terms and must be read in full.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our officers, members and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you paid to us directly for SWED. This website is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind.

11. Superseded material

Earlier Swedcoin and Swedish Trust publications, including any whitepaper issued before this website and any statement that the project is operated by a Swedish entity, are withdrawn and must not be relied upon.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, and the courts of the Republic of Costa Rica have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection right you may have in your country of residence.
