Risk disclosure
You may lose everything. SWED is a highly speculative digital asset. It pays nothing, entitles you to nothing from anyone, and is not backed by any asset, business or guarantee. The platform it is intended to fuel is not built. It may become worth nothing, and no meaningful market for it may ever exist. Acquire it only with money you can afford to lose completely.
1. Total loss
The most likely severe outcome for any speculative digital asset is that it loses all or substantially all of its value. There is no floor, no guarantee, no insurance, no deposit protection and no compensation scheme of any kind.
2. The product does not exist yet
The trust deed platform is in development. It may be delayed, changed fundamentally, or never completed. No date is promised. If it is never completed, SWED does not acquire the utility it is intended to have, and you have no recourse.
3. No entitlement of any kind
SWED gives you no ownership, no dividend, no interest, no profit share, no voting right, and no claim over the assets or revenue of any person.
4. No market may exist
There is currently no meaningful market. TronScan reports no price and no material volume, and the SunSwap pool is very small. No exchange listing is promised. Even where a market exists it may be so thin that attempting to sell moves the price sharply against you or fails entirely.
5. No price support
There is no buy back programme, no burn programme, no treasury purchasing, no market maker and no liquidity commitment.
6. Nothing backs SWED
There are no reserves, no collateral and no revenue behind it. Do not treat the existence of any business near this token as security for the token.
7. Volatility
Digital asset prices move by very large percentages in short periods, in both directions, without warning.
8. Smart contract and technical risk
Smart contracts can contain defects. Blockchain networks may congest, fork or fail, and transactions may be delayed or fail while still incurring fees.
9. Irreversibility and custody
Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed. There are no refunds and no chargebacks. Assets sent to a wrong address or sent from an exchange account may be permanently lost. We never hold your keys and cannot recover a lost wallet or seed phrase.
10. Regulatory risk
Regulation of digital assets is developing and differs sharply between countries. Future law could restrict or prohibit holding, transferring or trading SWED.
11. Issuer risk
The operator is a small private company. It may cease operations, become insolvent, abandon this project or stop responding, at any time and without notice.
12. Country and enforcement risk
The operating company is registered in the Republic of Costa Rica. Registration there is not a licence or approval to offer a digital asset. Pursuing a legal claim across borders can be slow, expensive or impractical.
13. Historic disclosure failures
Earlier published material about SWED stated supply figures that do not match the chain, and two different documents were circulated under the same whitepaper version number. Treat any earlier Swedcoin or Swedish Trust document as superseded by this website.
14. Fraud and impersonation
Fraudulent tokens, websites and accounts impersonate this project. We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key, and will never contact you first offering to manage funds or guarantee a profit. Verify addresses only against this website.
15. Tax
Acquiring, holding, disposing of or transferring digital assets may create tax obligations. You are solely responsible for them.
16. No advice
Nothing published here is investment, financial, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation.
In one line. SWED is a token for a platform that is not finished. It pays nothing, promises nothing, is backed by nothing, currently has almost no market, and may be worth nothing.
